deepC Store Managing Director Daein Cha delivered a presentation titled “CCS R&D Opportunities to Decarbonise the Asia Pacific” at the “2025 FEnEx CRC Conference.”

Held annually and hosted by Future Energy Exports CRC, Australia’s leading R&D institution for decarbonising energy exports, the conference brought speakers and attendees leading Australia’s decarbonisation initiatives and representing a wide range of stakeholders from academia, industry, peak bodies and regulators.

  2. Key CCS challenges are “distance” & “cost.”

  3. Australia can offer CO2 storage and R&D capabilities to decarbonise APAC

  4. Exciting R&D opportunities within each component of CCS (CO2 capture, transport and storage) to lower CCS unit cost and unlock Australia’s CO2 storage potential

  5. deepC Store invites collaboration with academia, industry & gov’t to decarbonise APAC
